White Crusty Batch Rolls

With their soft centre and wonderfully crusty exterior, our white crusty batch rolls are the essence of simplicity. They go perfectly with a steaming hot bowl of soup or can be made into a variety of delicious sandwiches.

White Crusty Roll with Poppyseed

An attractive variation on the basic crusty roll. This poppy seed covered version makes a lovely dinner roll and adds elegance to a selection of breads.

Ciabatta Squares

Made with extra virgin olive oil and baked on the sole of the oven, they are always popular because of their wonderful Italian flavour and texture, and their great versatility.

Onion and Herb Ciabatta Rolls

Our classic ciabatta square with a blend of extra mature cheddar and provolone. We add more of the extra mature cheddar for good measure.

Tiger Rolls

Crunchy Crispy tiger rolls. Made with British Wheat these white roll hand crafted with a crunchy, tasty flavour.

Paysan Rustique

Stonebaked roll made with French variety wheat with added wholemeal flour. A long fermented sponge dough which is firstly bulk fermented. Once shaped and cut is then allowed to rise slowly before being baked on the stone of the oven.

Panini

Our Panini is bar marked to look truly authentic without the need for a special grill. These rolls are flat bottomed for easy filling and stacking. When finished, they make a great looking display.

Nigella and Sesame Panini

Another beautifully fragranced option for grilling and filling.  Nigella seeds (or Black Onion seeds) bring health benefits to an already perfect combination of flavour and crunch.  Sold part-baked, these are a real gourmet Food Service choice.

Brioche Rolls

How did we manage without the wonderful brioche roll?  So versatile; the sweetness brightens up breakfast and lifts your homemade burger into a gourmet treat.

Seeded Brioche Roll

This authentic recipe is high in butter and eggs, the rich dough is perfectly complimented by the crunchy seed mix. A nice variation on a popular theme.

White Plait Rolls

More seeds; more taste, more nutrition, still a very elegant product. We use malted wheatflakes blended with strong bread flour to give extra flavour.

Petit Pain

A really hearty roll with a thick, chewy crust tearing open to reveal a lovely close textured springy dough. Versatile enough to eat at any mealtime.

Seeded Triangle Roll

These handy rolls make a good-looking healthy sandwich. The recipe uses a blend of white and wholemeal flour with poppy seed and millet. The long fermentation maximises flavour and then the roll is topped with a seed blend of, Sunflower, Poppy , Millet and Flax, with Oats and Bran.

Mixed Grain Mini Breads

These soft rolls sprinkled with flour are baked with care to ensure that they make any sandwich flavoursome and special.Crusty triangles filled with 5 different seeds – pumpkin, sunflower, flax, millet and poppy for little toasty crunches.

Morning Rolls

A traditional soft white morning roll fermented for twelve hours to give a distinct taste and texture, dressed with a coating of semolina.

Tomato Rustic Rolls

The rich tomato flavour of these rolls, teamed with their traditional rustic finish makes them deliciously unique.

Tiger Rolls

Tiger rolls and tiger bread are delicious and distinctly moreish. They are made with sesame oil and a pattern is baked into the top by painting rice paste onto the surface prior to baking. The paste dries and cracks during baking, creating a two-colour effect similar to a tiger’s markings, hence the name. The rice paste crust also gives the bread a distinctive flavour.

Pan Bagnat

The term Pan Bagnat is in fact the name of a traditional provençal sandwich, filled with a tuna niçoise combination. These sandwich rolls are perfect for any filling but they are particularly well-suited to this French tradition, where they are kept in the fridge before serving for the lovely olive oil to sink into the bread and the flavours to develop.
