In a marketplace where the small artisan baker nearly always has the edge over commercially produced bread for taste and authenticity, our lovely wholemeal sourdough boule has been proving the exception to the rule.  We’ve always thought this brown sourdough was a bit special and its not the easiest to make, but it is very worthwhile and it seems that the Great Taste Awards agree…
